Liability Waiver

Warning!  You are throwing sharp, pointy, deadly things! If you haven’t figure it out yet throwing axes can be hazardous to your health if the safety rules are not followed. Serious injury and / or death can occur so PLEASE READ the “LG Axe Throwing Agreement & Liability Waiver”.  This waiver must be signed and presented to the LG Axe Throwing Staff *before* you and your participants will be allowed to throw axes.
